The social and leisure hub of Fritholme Gardens Residential Estate featuring a wide range of amenities available to visitors and resident members including a pool, restaurant, yoga classes and full service beauty salon.

For Resident Members Only

Special amenities including a swimming pool, fitness facilities and private beach are available to our members. Membership is available to residents at no additional cost.

By Deed of Appointment dated 16 October 2023, Joel Edwards, Michael Penrose and Eleanor Fisher were appointed as Joint Receivers of the property and assets of The Elbow Beach Hotel and Development Company Limited ("the Company"), including the Fritholme Gardens Residences.

​

The property and assets of the Company are being managed by the Joint Receivers, Joel Edwards, Michael Penrose and Eleanor Fisher who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
